Our six week bat speed program is designed to increase power, speed and overall conditioning for each of its participants. Our Hitting Director, Coach Clemente, will individually work with each athlete with cage work.
Our baseball bat speed program is a 6 week, 2 days per week workout. Each workout is approximately one hour and a half.
There are 2 different sessions to pick from. All workouts are scheduled to run on Wednesday's and Saturday's.

Joe Clemente is in his 18th year of his coaching and training career. He has helped hundreds of players fulfill their dream of playing College baseball and has helped many make it to the major leagues.
